There’s still a lot of flexibility in this phase; you might find room within your budget to upgrade to luxury marble floors, or you may discover that some features aren’t worth pursuing.
Working Drawings and Costing
Next, your concept drawings will be developed into working drawings, addressing technical details such as architectural, structural, and other practical considerations. While you remain in control of your renovation, this is the last planning step before building begins, making it the most cost-effective time to make any final alterations. Your renovation consultant will work closely with you to ensure you’re confident in the plans. To close out this phase, they’ll provide you with a fixed quote so you know the entire house renovation cost before getting started.
Build / Construction Stage
When building begins, you can finally see your dream take shape.
